Purpose:To play Fantasy Football at a competitive level, but mostly to have fun and lots of action. Every Team Owner is a vital part of that process and is essential to the success of the league.
From the League Manager & League Co-Manager:
The rules set in our constitution are designed to keep possession of this league in the hands of the owners. It is this league's philosophy that the owners control this league. We act as official record keepers. Should the need arise, We will act in the best interest of the League and not to one Owner's benefit.
Code of Conduct:
The code of conduct refers to the conduct of oneself pertaining to all aspects of the League. Any behavior deemed unacceptable and reported to the League Managers will be reviewed.
If behavior is determined to be detrimental to the health of the League, appropriate actions will be taken.
In the event one or both LM's are involved in a dispute then it will be brought before the Team Owners to review and make a ruling on the matter.
General Activity Level Requirements:
1.) It is expected each team member to be actively participating in talking to other people in the League, improving your team through trades,add/drops,roster changes, preparing for your draft & scouting players and responding to polls and making comments or suggestions to improve the League.
2.) If a team manager is inactive for 2 or more consecutive weeks ***EDIT: without notice***, the League has the right to find a suitable replacement. The option to replace must be agreed upon by both League Managers.
In Season Trades
Player Trades between Team Managers during the season will be voted on by All Team Managers.
The time will be set to 2 day review.
Keeper Rules
The Keeper Settings are as follows:
1.) It has been determined by majority that the Keeper Settings are as follows: 3 keepers
a.) Keepers may consist of any combination with a maximum of 1 QB, 1 TE, 2 RB's, or 2 WR's.
b.)Keeper players must be nominated 2 weeks prior to the draft date.
2.) A drafted player can only be kept a maximum of 2 consecutive years before he must be released or traded.
3.) The team will lose a draft pick of the same round in which the kept player was selected.
4.) If a team chooses to keep multiple players from the same round of the draft they will lose consecutive picks starting with the round the players were drafted in.(i.e. 2 players in the 2nd round and keep them you will lose your 2nd and 3rd/ next available round picks in the next draft). This can only result from a low (1st to 5th) round trade.
Different example, you keep 3 FAs - a QB, RB & WR. Since QB & RB have a 7th round value, one of them will become your 8th rounder - and your WR (normally 8th round value) will be your 9th. Even if a player is bumped to the next round on draft day, he still retains the original round status (important to note for future trade scenarios).
5.) No team is eligible to have the same keepers more than 1 time in 3 years.( i.e. can not trade a keeper and then trade back for that keeper within a 3 year period).
6.)Players kept from a Free Agent or Waiver Wire pickup are assigned the following values: QB/RB 6th round, WR 7th round, TE 8th round.
a.) If more than one is kept of RB then a 6th and 7th round is lost. Same applies for WR's
6.)Players kept from a Free Agent or Waiver Wire pickup are assigned the following values: QB/RB 7th round, WR 8th round, TE 9th round.
7.) Any player traded for or acquired thru FA or WW after week 1 can be assigned the keeper tag up to 2 times
8.) Players drafted in the late rounds that are kept by the owner will keep the round they were drafted until the player needs to be traded or dropped. If that player is traded and has out performed the round he was drafted in he will have his draft value adjusted before he gets traded to the new owner.
A.)Players drafted in rounds 1-5 will retain their draft round.
#8 is still a work in progress, although 8)a) is set in stone
8.) Players drafted in the late rounds that are kept by the owner will keep the round they were drafted until the player needs to be traded or dropped. If that player did not NEED to be traded (for example my 12th round CeeDee Lamb), but gets traded after 1 year, should he retain 12th round status for just the one year to the new owner, and fall back to an 8th rounder year two, if kept?) I understand this could make my job a bit more complicated (If that player is traded and has out performed the round he was drafted in he will have his draft value adjusted before he gets traded to the new owner. Not sure what that means.
A.)Players drafted in rounds 1-9 will retain their draft round.
NEW RULES for traded keeper round status - updated 8/12/21:
Round 16 -3 rounds making it a 13th round pick
Round 15 -3 rounds making it a 12th round pick
Round 14 -3 rounds making it a 11th round pick
Round 13 -2 rounds making it a 11th round pick
Round 12 -2 rounds making it a 10th round pick
Round 11 -1 rounds making it a 10th round pick
Round 10 - 1 rounds making it an 9th round pick
Earlier round picks will not be adjusted.
Roster Settings
Each teams active roster will include the following
1 QB, 2 RB's, 2 WR's, 1 TE, 1 Flex (WR/RB) 1 Flex (WR/RB/TE), 1 Kicker, 1 Defense , 1 Reserve and 6 Bench (any position).
Each teams active roster will include the following
1 QB, 2 RB's, 3 WR's, 1 TE, 1 Flex (WR/RB/TE), 1 Kicker, 1 Defense , 2 Reserve and 6 Bench (any position).
Waiver Wire
Moved to Last After Claim-set waiver priority based on the opposite of the draft order, but only changes waiver priority when a successful waiver claim is made.
When a player is placed on waivers and more than one owner claims him, the team with the higher waiver priority is awarded the player.
As noted above each time a successful waiver claim is completed, the team awarded that player is moved to the end of the Waiver Priority list for their next transaction.
If there are no claims on a player during wavier period, that player becomes a free agent(i.e. can be picked up at ant time).
Note that if you drop a player and place him on waivers, you are unable to add that player to your roster again until after the waiver period has ended.
Time player will stay on waivers through the early morning of Wednesday ( 1 day waivers).
EDIT: All new changes are highlighted in blue. My notes, specifically on #8 in purple, will be re-examined, hopefully with some input.
