It's like a quiche or shepherd's pie, not like a cherry pie. Or is just the idea of spinach disgusting? It's a Greek dish made with phyllo dough (paper thin crepey layers) filled with spinach, feta & ricotta or cottage cheese, onions, dill, other spices like garlic, pepper, parsley if desired. Quite delicious.

Who eats cottage cheese. Since when do we use the word cottage to describe spoiled food. A cottage is a nice little place to relax and drink wine. Cottage cheese is curdled milk with preservatives. Who is in charge of this shit !

Haha a Food section.
Speaking of spinach I bought the wifey some about a week ago and she made braised spinach yesterday and fed it to our niece. She liked it. I do not.
Iam not Popeye, and I dont have this guy named Brutus after me wanting to kick my ass and take my girl. I dont need spinach. I have a ruger for guys like Brutus.
Spinach is gross and disgusting and looks like sea weed and smells like farts.
haha.
On the other hand I had some buffalo wild wings and ranch and that was like a real meal. BWW got some of the best ranch you will ever eat.
Right now Im munching on a cold cut plate. I bet ya'll dont even know what that is. lol!!

Here's a nice easy recipe that's also filling. Make some hard boiled eggs, toast & cream of chicken or cream of mushroom what ever you prefer. After the eggs are cooked slice one egg an place on a piece of toast, place the other slice of toast on top. Cut the toast into cubes & cover with the cream of chicken or cream of mushroom. Yummy, yummy!

Another meal easy to put together. Get some beef tips, gravy & egg noodles. Cook the beef tips & noodles then heat up the gravy. Place beef tips & noodles in a big bowl then cover with gravy. Eat & enjoy!
I also cooked some country ribs (no bone in them) this week. Place ribs in oven at 350 degrees cook for 30 minutes. You can cut the ribs into smaller pieces the cover them with some Sweet Baby Rays or your favorite barbecue sauce. Lip smacking good.

Yummy, yummy! I actually have the ingredients on hand, but that doesn't sound too good to me. Got eggs, low fat cream of chicken condensed soup, and rye Triscuits. Actually with just 6 more days left, I have 2 portions of salmon (eating today), 1 lb of shrimp (boil and eat with cocktail sauce (horseradish/ketchup) and lemon - no pasta, too filling and empty calories), a filet mignon, and another steak. Oh, and a pre-made frozen spanikopika, wish Jeppers were here to take it off my hands. Actually that may get tossed to save the Pyrex, don't wanna take with, gotta pack for the movers.

This sounds like shit on the shingle It could be but I don't think so. I remember my mom an some of my aunts & uncles eating what they called shit on the shingle but it had ground meat an some kind of milky sauce. I never ate that stuff cause it looked nasty to me.
