Ok, well as I said before "Dynasty" is not an option for a league on flea flicker...only redraft and keeper. So I chose keeper, and set it to 32 keepers...so here's how we're gonna have to work this (unless anyone has any better ideas...)
You don't have to keep 32, that's just the max. By flea flicker's rules, you will be awarded a pick at the end of the draft for every player you don't keep. If every team kept all 32, there would be no draft. The best way I think to work around this...I'll set it up to 32 max keepers, but everyone MUST keep 29. This will leave a 3 round draft exactly and will be adjusted to the reverse order of the final standings...
BUT, future draft picks ARE tradeable...not possible through this site, but when making a trade, know that 2014 and 2015 1st - 3rd round picks CAN be traded. Just be sure to post that part of the trade, and I will save it here on this PB, and will adjust the draft order accordingly.
So IF you trade a 2014 pick (remember when trading that they can be traded for...and it's a 3 round rookie draft), you will have only 2 draft picks, so you MUST keep 30 players. And the team who traded for the pick (assuming he now has 4 2014 draft picks) MUST keep 28 players...So however many draft picks of the upcoming year you have, keep that many less than 32 players. (if you have 1 2014 pick, keep 31 - if you have 5 2014 picks, keep 27)
Now, for trading during the actual draft, now and in the future, these must stay equal in terms of players/picks.... (1 player for 1 pick --- 1 players for 1 pick, 1 player you get the picture) because the roster maximum cannot be violated. But after the draft, it doesn't have to stay even as long as one roster does not exceed 32 players.
Does this work for everyone? Everyone understand?
