Murder Hornets Comes from Behind to Edge 54Eskimos

Facing a 20.29-point deficit on Sunday night, Murder Hornets scored 38.70 to edge 54Eskimos 206.62 to 205.71. They also put up the second-highest point total in the league this week. This matchup included three lead changes, with the largest lead being 20.29 points after Sunday evening. Davante Adams brought in the third-highest score of the league this week with 44.60 points (156 Rec Yds, 2 TD) for 54Eskimos. Murder Hornets got an early boost from 11th-round draft pick Jamison Crowder, who scored 30.50 points. Murder Hornets kicks off the season in second place. 54Eskimos starts out in sixth place.
Murray had plenty of opportunities for 54Eskimos, but could only manage 48 total yards on 15 touches.
It wasn't all bad news for 54Eskimos, as they did put together a team of real-life winners. Every starter except Darius Slayton suited up for a winning NFL team in Week 1.
Next week, Murder Hornets takes on LUFC Mighty Whites (1-0, 215.60), while 54Eskimos goes up against Eddie's Immortals (1-0, 174.18).
